CleanBins Fresh Homes LLC — Service Agreement v1.1

1. SERVICE. CleanBins Fresh Homes LLC ("Company") provides residential trash bin cleaning services once per month at the registered address.
2. FREQUENCY. The service is performed ONCE PER MONTH. The exact date will be assigned by the Company based on route availability and client location.
3. SERVICE DAY. The assigned service day may be adjusted up to 3 days earlier than scheduled with prior notice to the client. Any permanent change to the service day requires 5 days advance notice and mutual agreement.
4. PAYMENT AND BILLING
4.1 PRICING. Service prices are as displayed on cleanbinsnv.com at time of registration. No additional fees are charged for online card payments.
4.2 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS. Client authorizes CleanBins Fresh Homes LLC to charge the monthly service fee automatically each billing period. By accepting these terms, client provides authorization for recurring charges.
4.3 FIRST MONTH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT. New eligible clients may receive 50% off the base service price for their first month only. This promotion is limited to the first 50 qualifying households and cannot be combined with other offers. Eligibility is determined at time of admin approval. Example: 1 bin regular price $29.99, promotional first month $15.00.
4.4 CANCELLATION. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice. Service continues through end of current billing period. No partial month refunds.
4.5 PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. By completing registration and accepting these terms, client electronically authorizes all charges described herein. This authorization is recorded with IP address and timestamp per Nevada NRS 719.
5. CANCELLATION. Monthly plans cancel with 7 days notice. No partial month refunds.
6. SERVICE AREA. Limited to approved zones near Reno, NV. Company may decline inaccessible addresses.
7. CLIENT DUTIES. Bins must be accessible on service day. Missed visits due to inaccessibility are non-refundable.
8. PROOF OF SERVICE. Upon completion, the client will receive photos and service confirmation via their client portal.
9. LIABILITY. No liability for pre-existing bin damage. Claims within 24 hours. Max liability equals monthly fee.
10. PRIVACY. Data used for service only. Never sold to third parties.
11. APPROVAL. Submission does not guarantee service. Company may decline any request.
12. GOVERNING LAW. Nevada law applies. Disputes in Washoe County.
13. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. Checking below constitutes a binding signature under Nevada NRS 719.
